Mr Riju Jhunjhunwala is the current Chairman and Managing Director for RSWM Ltd which is India’s leading textile manufacturing company exporting 35% of its products across 78 countries. Mr. Jhunjhunwala, a third-generation entrepreneur from the Jhunjhunwala family, strongly believes in ‘giving back to society’ as ingrained by his visionary grandfather, Mr. L.N. Jhunjhunwala and followed by his father, Mr. Ravi Jhunjhunwala.
Being the visionary that he is, Mr. Jhunjhunwala believed that investing in manpower and technology is the future. He immediately started to spearhead the group’s foray into Information Technology
Mr. Jhunjhunwala has spent nearly 2 decades in various roles in marketing and strategy at RSWM Limited. He has led various expansions, strategic tie ups across the company and has been instrumental in setting up new product lines. Under him, RSWM has grown to now become one of the leading synthetic yarns & fabrics manufacturing company in India with an annual turnover in excess of U$ 500 mn.
Prakash Maheshwari
Chief Executive, Corporate Affairs, Coach and Mentor – BIL
A qualified CA of Nov 1977 batch with Gold Medal joined RSWM, an LNJ Bhilwara Group Company, in 1983, after acquiring post qualification experience of 5 years with Aditya Birla Group and Banswara ( Sh R L TOSHNIWAL- Group). During last 40 plus years’ stay with the Group at different units and Companies, he has worked in leadership roles as Unit head, Business head , Chief Executive ( Corporate Functions ) and has been Executive Director on Board of RSWM Ltd for two year , 2015-2017. He has been in the lead role for selection & implementing Infor’s M3 ERP solution at RSWM Ltd. Currently he is CE (Corporate Affairs) and closely working with BIL leadership and team as a Mentor.
Goutam Bhattacharya

Goutam a Post Graduate in Management, an alumni of Jadavpur University Kolkata and ISB Hyderabad, has over three decades of demonstrated business leadership experiences across global market landscape. He has a strong track record in creating and managing sustainable tech products, demand for adoption, monetization and user value impact. He has also demonstrated the ability in creating high performance cross functional teams to grow businesses from seeding, incubation to scale and transform across global markets.
Before joining Bhilwara Infotechnology on a transformative role Goutam had significant and sustainable journey tenures with Uptron a public sector, UB Group, Thoma Bravo, Aptech, EPPS, Satyam and Tally. He is an avid reader, travel freak, nature, habitat and wild life explorer. Great passion for food, photography, sports and music.

He is a solution-oriented professional with experience in planning and directing executive-level affairs combining strong management, organizational and communication skills with the ability to work in an extremely fast-paced environment. He provides a solid proficiency in co-ordination of administrative functions in support of budgets with an unwavering focus on positive ROI (Return on Investments).He has an outstanding record of achieving, building and aligning IT organizations with strategic business objectives to drive revenue growth, increase productivity and reduce expenses to improve bottom-line results.
Nandini Pai
Director – Business Operations
Nandini holds a Master’s Degree in English Literature, from Mysore University with having a 15 years of Dynamic and rich experience into Telecom domain, Project Managing, Business Development & Account management in skill and staff augmenting across vertical-based leading Industries.
Prior to joining Bhilwara Infotechnology, she has worked with leading names like Crompton Greaves in Digital and Informatics division, i-Built, SoftQL, at broad capacities as well as during her journey in BIL in last 6 years, she has grown across the ladder in delivering desired customer experiences meeting market expectations. She is an avid Music and Sports lover, performer, with a strong passion for travel, adventure and spirituality
